Feel Good Friday!
Spring is in the air summer is on the way. Get your summer body ready by dry brushing from top to toe, I used to do this years ago I had a brush and everything! But like most thing in my house they go to that "safe place" never to be found again.
So i have been doing some shopping around and found this site that sells body brushes that come specifically for face, neck and decolletage, a body and breast brush and an energy brush that is infused with copper and zinc so that when you use it, copper and zinc minerals are being directly infused into your skin helping the oxygen levels increase around your body. and voila! You feel great. Well here's hoping! so i'm going to order these and try them out because if my memory serves me right i used to enjoy doing this and it can only benefit your skin in the long run. i mean who doesn't want to feel great in their own skin.
Happy Friday x
Enjoy your weekend x

Spring Fashion
My highlights from the Spring Summer '17 Collections
Alexander McQueen Celine Kenzo
Bustiers from Alexander McQueen, Crochet details @ Celine and beautiful bralets from Kenzo were a fresh take on that 90s trend that is everywhere so its nice to see this edgy take on it, executed here in three different but all very wearable ways.
If you cant afford to buy straight off the runway why not try and recreate these looks by pairing a shirt or dress or even an oversized t-shirt with a bustier layered over for a fresh look this Spring.
Like this white wrap dress from boohoo.com could be vamped up with one of these bustiers from boohoo.com or if your daring enough you could head over to Kiki Riki.com this cool really edgy clothing brand i found when i visited a trade show recently. they have some really good and well made pieces you could layer over a simple white shirt to give you a fresh updated look.

International Womens Day
So, What a day to put my first blog post up.
Happy International Womens Day to all you women out there. My list of inspiring women could be endless if i told you every single one of them so because i love fashion and well anything fashion related, ill tell you three women who inspire me endlessly.
Coco Chanel inspires me because of her determination to succeed. In a time that women were repressed by men she rebelled against the "norm of society". Her determination not to conform with everybody else and her desire to be different from everybody paired with her endless creative talent and her pure passion, she propelled herself into the fashion limelight and has left a legacy behind that one could only dream of. Some of my favourite quotes from the ever fabulous Coco include,
"In order to be irreplaceable one must always be different"
"A girl should be two things, classy and fabulous"
Anna Wintour I mean who wouldn't be inspired by this power house of a woman. Editor in chief of the holy grail of fashion magazines. My ultimate bible no matter how many Instagram feeds i scroll through you cant beat flicking through the pages of the September issue Vogue Magazine, or any month for that matter i love them all i have hundreds of them and i am currently hunting down some copies that i don't have in my collection and will not rest untill i have them all.
"Create your own style...let it be unique for yourself yet identifiable for others"
"Why fit in when you were born to stand out"
Diane Von Furstenberg, I love this women, i've just finished reading her book" The women i wanted to be" A great read i have to say she makes me smile when i see her she is such a strong woman, an inspiration to woman across the world. to achieve what this woman has would be amazing and i can only dream of it, Small steps at a time hey!
" I didn't know what i wanted to do, but i knew the woman i wanted to be"
" Attitude is everything"
